BEFORE BOOKING, please read our "Policies, Procedures & Cancellation":
* Upon Booking: If you are a New Customer, your Contact information will be added to our Client Database.
* A 50% Deposit is REQUIRED to reserve your Timeslot. An Email Receipt will be sent to you immediately. After your Services are completed, you pay the Remaining Balance.
* 2 “Automated” Texts will be sent to you Prior to your Appointment. Please Fill out Your Consent Forms PRIOR to your Appointment.
* We have a 24hr CANCELLATION POLICY. Should you choose to Reschedule, please CALL, TEXT, EMAIL or DM us PRIOR to 24hrs. The system sends out an automated Reminder @ 24hrs. We will move your Deposit to the designated Date/Time. If Rescheduling AFTER 24hrs, you will automatically lose your Deposit as a “Cancellation Fee”. In order to Rebook, you must Pay another Deposit.
* NO CALL/NO SHOW Appointments will be Charged 100% of the Service.
* We allow a 10min “Late grace period”. Afterwhich, may result in Cancellation. IF we are able to accommodate you into the Schedule, a $15 Late Fee will be added to your Appointment. If we cannot take you (later than the 10min grace period), your Appointment is Cancelled and you lose your Deposit. We value Your Time…We ask the same in Return!
* If you are not feeling well (Coughing, Fever, Sneezing), Please CANCEL your Appointment. Due to Covid, we take Strict measures in ensuring the Safety & Welfare of our Customers & Professionals!
* No additional Guests or Family Members during your Appointment. We are adhering to 1:1 Services during your “Pampering Time”.
